Allow the musical frequencies to melt away all of your stress, relax your body and clear your mind.
During this 1hr sound journey you will also have the option of receiving a personal Energy Cleanse, by Jackie, certified Reiki Master and owner of Bare Roots Livin'. Here she will tap into your outer energetic field, often being able to pick up on personality traits, characteristics and anything that may be weighing heavy on you. After the scan she will get you nice and grounded and wrapped in healing, loving energy to take with you for your week to come.

Here you can make a donation towards the energy scan. What is an energy scan you ask??? This is when Jackie, our licensed, Reiki Master will connect into your outer energy field. Often being able to pick up things like personalities, characteristics, if you are absorbing others or if something is weighing heavy on your soul. After the outer energy scan Jackie will then connect into the earth energy bringing you grounding & peace, finally wrapping you up in a beautiful papoose of loving energy.
